At PCI/LilethCare Development Group, our company was founded with the mission to create and support communities by bringing much-needed housing, commercial businesses, and essential services to rural areas and small towns that have experienced stagnation over the past 30 years. We believe it is time to reverse this trend by uniting efforts; enabling people to live, work, shop, and play right in their own backyards.

With Affordable Housing shortages at an all-time low, our team leverages over 20 years of experience in the development, rehabilitation, and preservation of affordable housing. Partnering closely with our financing, lending, correspondent and syndication experts, we bring the organizational development end coaching our clients to become the leaders and community activist they must become to spearhead change. Therefore reinforcing our corporation and our teams commitment to lead the way in assisting our clients and community leaders to facilitate the development and financing of affordable housing projects. Simultaneously, we focus on creating jobs that help stabilize and grow these communities, fostering vibrant, sustainable places for generations to come.

NON-PROFITS. Of course this path requires a strong committment to service, so organizing a strong and vibrant Non-Profit presence in the community is a necessary element as community and health related services are usually non-existent as well. We hope one day to wipe out the use of the terms: “the underserved, low-income, the working poor, or economically disadvantaged”. It is time we all do our part to shift the focus from people’s situation to the systemic issues that create inequities.
